Visa Application Guide

To ensure your smooth entry and attendance, please refer to the key information below. We recommend eligible participants apply for an e-Visa in
advance.

E-Visa

• Can be applied online via the official portal: https://eservices.moi.gov.jo/MOI_EVISA/faces/Pages/Runnables/login.jsf

• Eligibility: Available to most nationals eligible for a Visa on Arrival. Recommended to save time upon entry.

• Required Documents (Digital): Scanned passport bio-page, recent color photograph, address in Jordan (conference hotel acceptable), travel itinerary (conference invitation letter can be used).

• Processing: Usually 3-7 business days. Approved applicants will receive an e-Visa (PDF) via email, which should be printed and presented with the passport upon arrival.

Official Invitation Letter

• The conference organizers can provide a formal invitation letter containing the conference title, dates, venue, your name and capacity (e.g., attendee).

• How to Request: Please contact the organizing committee for details. The letter is typically issued after registration and payment are confirmed.

• This letter is important for e-Visa applications. Carrying a printed copy is highly recommended.
