Each accepted paper requires at least one author to pay the full registration fee according to the above categories. For each additional participant, the full registration fee should also be paid according to the above categories.

If an author has multiple accepted papers, they can register as an author on one paper, and the remaining papers can be paid through publication fees.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
1. Registrants who submit written cancellation notifications on or before Dec 10, 2025, will receive a refund. Written notification of cancellations must be emailed to asiancomnet@usssociety.org.
2. Refund requests made before Dec 10, 2025, will be eligible for a 100% refund, minus a 20% administrative fee.
3. Any refund request made after Dec 10, 2025, will not be accepted. Please note that the processing fee is non-refundable in all cases.
4. One registration covers only one paper and one attendee. For each additional paper and attendee, a full registration fee must be paid according to the categories mentioned above.
5. One registration fee covers one conference kit, lunches from Dec 29 to Dec 31, a gala dinner on Dec 29, and two high Tea/coffee breaks on each of the days.
